Objective:
Customize and launch a mobile app for members of the YMCA of Greater Cleveland to increase communication and engagement with members.
Solution:
A new mobile app for YMCA members was developed to offer interactive features like workout tracking, goal setting and tracking, find a class, gym and pool schedules, and more. Sneak peaks, via email and video, prior to roll out were used to create excitement. To deliver a positive user experience rates upon launch, a small, folding “how to” card provided download and usage instructions, highlighting various features and upcoming options within the app. The card, along with a branded silicon card holder, designed to adhere to the back of a phone, was given out to increase interest and app adoption.
